Meet Roderick

Roderick lights up when assisting others in uncovering and expressing their best, brightest, and most capable selves. Through his own work, experience and journey, Roderick embodies a mix of unique abilities to help others achieve their goals, needs, hopes and dreams in the areas of their personal relationship with themselves and others, their careers and families.

Through Personal Think Tank, Roderick is grateful and inspired to provide Personal Advisory, Support and Accountability services to individuals, small business owners and corporate individual contributors as a Coachville Professional Certified Coach (target completion Q4 2018).

Roderick also talks passionately about and works tirelessly to provide Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Operations Strategy, and Learning and Development services and support to employees, managers and leaders as Managing Director of Small Biz Think Tank.

Beyond his passion for personal growth, learning and development and creating business value, Roderick’s enjoys singing lead vocals in his R&B Band (Boris Can Dance), hiking, meditating, mountain biking, canyoneering in the desert Southwest, enjoying hot springs and acting as a “bridge” to anyone wanting a more powerful, fulfilling, amazing life.

Roderick enjoys establishing relationships, creating safety, inviting the spirit of play, sharing humor, focusing on individual growth, removing barriers to personal greatness, improving communications, implementing behavior change and setting and achieving goals.
